Victoria Car Park, Harrogate

New shopping car park given the “classical” treatment of facing brickwork, parapets and mansards.

Pulmann Associates worked closely with Harrogate Borough Council for the extension to their existing Victoria Park Car Park in the centre of the town.

The elevations incorporate extensive facing brickwork with full height arched ventilation openings to the car decks, the openings framing decorative steel grilles.

The car park accommodates over 700 car spaces on six levels, the top level of which is fully covered with natural slate mansards to the perimeters.
