The
practice’s retail team become involved in various sizes
of retail developments, from small high street retail outlets
and petrol station shops, to large-scale multiple retail park
projects.
Last year alone saw the completion of a 20,000 sq ft furnishing
and electrical retail unit and several shops throughout the
North West. Currently there is design work in progress for
several retail outlets varying from a 10,000 sq ft discount
food store, to a 80,000 sq ft D.I.Y. hypermarket store.
The practice continues to design new and up-graded sites for
a leading North West garden centre group of companies. The
“leisure” business within the practice is continuing
to gather pace, recently having completed the construction
of our design for new clubhouse facilities for a rapidly-expanding
tennis centre in the North. |
